Lucidis is a refractive lens with EDOF technology, designed to correct vision after cataract surgery. It offers patients an excellent balance between a wide range of accommodation and a high quality of vision. To achieve these characteristics, the Lucidis Lens incorporates EDOF Instant Focus technology,integrated into a refractive optical surface.
As a result, the amount of light lost and the degree of positive dysphotopsia are identical to a monofocal lens. The pseudo-accommodation it presents, extends from the near distance to infinity, allowing an extra level of comfort for the patient.
The closed haptic design that surrounds the platform allows the Lucidis lens to adapt stably to the capsular bag.
